You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached (where applicable).

- Wrong size or color received
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect item delivered
Non-returnable
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Clearance items marked as final sale
Refunds
Because we use Cash on Delivery, approved returns are typically refunded as store credit or a bank transfer after we receive and inspect the item. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days.
